Green Pu'Er tea (also referred to as raw and uncooked) that undergoes similar processing as green tea. The leaves are dried in the sun and naturally ferment over time. Aging tea. Fresh Sheng Cha can taste a bit astringent, but over time the taste surpasses that of Pu'Er Shu Cha (defined as cooked). For true connoisseurs. Oriental infusion method: 6 g. in the Gaiwan or Yi Xing teapot. Up to 10-12 infusions of 30-60 seconds each.
