DESCRIPTION
Also known as Silver Needle, it is a white tea produced in Tai Lao mountain plantations located in Fuding County, Fujian (the original site of Yin Zhen white tea production). Among white teas, this is the finest variety and is made only from the unhatched buds. Most delicate and rich in antioxidants, it is a tea to drink in absolute purity and in moments of relaxation. Oriental infusion method: 6 g. in the Gaiwan. Up to 3 infusions of 60 seconds each.
