DESCRIPTION
The garden that produces this tea is located in Nantou County and is at an elevation of 1400m. It presents 20% oxidation. In the cup it has a golden yellow color, slightly sweet and soft in the throat, milky and refreshing aroma. The use of Yi Xing teapot is recommended for preparation. Oriental infusion method: 6 g. in the Yi Xing teapot. Up to 7/8 infusions of 30-50 seconds each, preceded by a very short leaf wash.
