DESCRIPTION
This green tea with silver hues, typical of the Snow Shan type, comes from the gardens of Hoang Su Fi at about 900 m above sea level. Harvested following the "one bud and one leaf" standard, it is pan-cooked to prevent oxidation. Sweet and refreshing, it offers herbal notes combined with those of dried fruits, mountain flowers and rose.
