DESCRIPTION

Slightly oxidized tea with partially rolled leaf. In the cup it has a golden color and sweetish flavor. One of the best Formosa teas, for true connoisseurs. The Yi Xing teapot is recommended for preparation.

Eastern infusion method: 6 g. in the Yi Xing teapot. Up to 7 to 8 infusions of 30 to 50 seconds each, preceded by a very brief washing of the leaves.
