You can ask for a refund if you didn't receive the order and for 15 days after the delivery with a valida motivation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping rates of every sellers in your order. If you make an order with products from two different sellers you need to select the shipping method you prefer from each one of the sellers. The total will be the sum of the two shipping costs of the two sellers.

It depends from which sellers you order. If you buy products all from sellers that offer free shipping than you will have no shipping costs.

Depending on your country and the shipping country of the seller from where you ordered, the package may be stopped at customs. This may result in sales tax and customs charges. Tea often has a reduced rate of sales tax in many countries so it should not be much extra. Teaware may be charged at the normal rate of sales tax in your country.
