DESCRIPTION
Da Hong Pao is the most famous of the wulong teas produced in the Wu Yi Mountains in the Fujian region, and therefore referred to as "the king of Wu Yi Shan." Mountain tea with a full structure and sweet aftertaste. It also stands up well to 8-10 infusions. The use of the Yi Xing teapot is recommended for preparation. Oriental infusion method: 6 g. in the Yi Xing teapot. Up to 8/10 infusions of 30-50 seconds each, preceded by a very short leaf wash.
