DESCRIPTION
It comes from Jun Shan Island in Hunan, the area where this tea originated. To produce one kilogram of dry tea, at least five kilograms of fresh leaves are needed. The main characteristic that distinguishes this tea from green tea is the yellowing that the leaves undergo during processing, due to slight oxidation. The use of glass or porcelain Gaiwan is recommended for preparation. Oriental infusion method: 5-6 g. in the Gaiwan. Up to 4/5 infusions of 20-40 seconds each.
