The best quality of Taiwan's famous semi-oxidized, rich white buds with a wild orchid scent. The selection and harvesting of the buds takes place in July after a curious natural phenomenon: an insect, considered a true blessing, gnaws the leaves, triggering a principle of oxidation that during processing will make the natural floral notes of this wulong even more pronounced. Sweet and persistent, in addition to the orchid notes, it gives us complex fruity (fig, plum, cherry), spicy and honeyed notes.

For preparation, we recommend using the Yi Xing teapot.

Eastern infusion method: 6 g. in the Yi Xing teapot. Up to 7 to 8 infusions of 30 to 50 seconds each, preceded by a very brief washing of the leaves.
