A raw pu-erh from 2003, stored traditionally (moist) in Hong Kong. Bada Mountain pu-erh gives a strong pu-erh flavor with an earthy edge that lingers.
A delicious raw pu-erh with a nice balance between the aged and the sharp edge of being raw. Machine pressed and made from leaves of wild tea plants. Pu-erh tea from the Bada Mountains is known for its powerful taste. For this reason, this cake was first stored underground for higher humidity and faster oxidation. This "traditional" storage plus not being firmly pressed has ensured that this Bada mountain cake has a nicely aged flavor. This pu-erh has a bit more of the earthiness than the florality of a pu-erh from Yiwu.
- For a pu-erh that is a bit more floral and sweeter, the Everlasting Yiwu raw from 2004.
