DESCRIPTION
Yellow tea is similar to green tea in taste but the difference is made by an extra step in the making process. Unlike the Hua Shan Huang Ya, the Yellow Sun is rolled to release more enzymes. The Yellow Sun is also heated in the wok. When the leaf is still hot, it is wrapped in a cloth. This is the uniqueness of yellow tea. The grassiness that green tea may have turned into a somewhat rounder, mellow flavor, and yellow tea can also be a bit gentler on the stomach than green tea.
