Chunmee organic

Chunmee is a very well known tea from China, not drunk for its subtleties but as an everyday tea or as a base to blend with or make iced tea with.

Chunmee is one of the two teas most exported by China. The other is Gunpowder. Chunmee is not among the highest quality teas and Chunmee is not about the care of what leaves are picked or the timing of harvesting. It does not have as much sweetness or aftertaste as high-quality green tea but neither does it have the corresponding price. Chunmee is drunk as a daily green tea but also often as part of a blend or as an iced tea.

It is a potent green tea with a very slight smoky edge but not bitter if you brew the tea gently, with 80-c water and let it steep briefly.
