Harvested on 5 April 2019, white tea has a sweet and fruity character compared to the 2018 harvest. The weather was more gracious during the harvesting and development period. Da Bai is a tea made from the fresh leaves of the Da Bai variety tea plant, traditionally grown in the "white tea" region (Zhenghe) of northern Fujian.
The fragrance and aroma reminiscent of fresh grass and flowers in the summer is refreshing. It can also be cold steeped and is refreshing.
