Practical advice:

Rinse with hot, clean water before use. Do not use any detergent to clean it. Your Tokoname teapots will shine with use as you use them more and more. It's a good idea to wipe dry after rinsing to prevent water droplets from showing on the outside.

Never leave tea in the pot. Always clean it after brewing and leave the inside to dry without putting the lid on.
