Bai Hao Yin Zhen 2024
This elegant and distinguished white tea, with the freshest spring shoots and only buds, was plucked on 30 March 2024.
It has floral and softly citrus notes, opens and reveals itself slowly, and in return delights with a long tea time and deep finish.
White tea fans must taste this Bai Hao Yin Zhen tea and take the time and attention to enjoy it.
It is interesting to note that a skilled tea picker can usually only pick 2 - 2.5 kg of buds per day, and can only pick tea in the morning hours.

I recommend using a gaiwan to prepare tea, it is a good tool to use, so that you can show the beauty of this tea and make it in a controlled way. A small glass pot is also ideal, we have several available.
Use soft water with low mineral content, preferably spring water. If this is not available, a filtered jug is a must, as good, fine water is an essential ingredient for tea, and is the only way to make it really stand out. If the water isn't right, even the best tea will be veiled and shrouded in darkness.
Start from 85 degrees upwards, steeping times of 1 minute are fine. Bud tea, which gives slowly, opens and fragrance is beautiful.
