A more spicy, characterful shu puer variety and also very fragrant. I often drink it in the morning when it is still dark and cool. It has sweet, camphorous, oily notes. It has a spicy rather than woody note. Worth a try for all shu puer fans.

Make sure to use soft water with low mineral content. Preferably spring water, but water filtered with a magnesium filter jug can also be used. Bring the water to a boil, then wait a while and pour the tea over after a quick wake-up. 10-20 second infusions can be used for a long tea.
