DESCRIPTION
These dried Chamomile blossoms let the sun shine in an infusion to which many good properties are attributed.
The name Chamomile comes from a Greek word, meaning "ground apple. It refers to its scent, which is similar to apple. It also smells strongly of honey. The infusion is widely drunk in Greece.
The annual Chamomile plant grows about 20-40 cm tall. The flowers consist of a "bunch" of yellow tube flowers and white ribbon flowers that make up the chamomile flower. These are used in infusion.
