Hand-rolled green tea and the scent of thousands of fresh, enchantingly fragrant Jasmine blossoms make this tea a gem!
On the steep mountain slopes, around the Qing Ming Festival, green tea is carefully picked with 1-2 leaves. After stirring, the leaves are hand-rolled into these pearls. A huge job! The tea is dried and carefully packaged. The Jasmine blossoms are not there until July-August. Then the tea and open blossoms are brought together in the cool nights and the tea can take in the enchanting fragrance. This too is a careful process to achieve an enchanting end result. The pearls are then dried again, creating a light roast aroma.
