Tea in Motion
DESCRIPTION

This pressed tea has a distinctive 'nest' shape

This Pu-Ehr is made from the Camelia Sinensis Asamica. Pu-Ehr is a type of tea that has undergone a special production process. This tea is fermented. That means a fermentation process has been created to make this tea long-lasting and even better over the years. This Pu-Ehr Tuo Cha was picked in 2015, and pressed into the special form, suitable for half a liter of tea. The name Tuo Cha has no literal translation but is referred to as bird's nest and originates from the trade route across the Tuo River. The original Tuo nests had holes through the middle to be easily tied together with a rope during transport. The taste of Pu-Ehr is special.

Because of the special production process, this tea has an earthy aroma. The taste is earthy, full and smooth without becoming bitter. In short, you should be able to talk about this.
