DESCRIPTION

Golden Eyebrow Tea

Jin Jun Mei is a beautiful and a highly prized black tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, China. This tea was developed in 2006. It is made onlyfrom the youngest tea buds picked from the tea plant in early spring. The buds are fully oxidized and roasted to give a tea that is sweet, fruity and floral in flavor, with a long sweet aftertaste (aftertaste) The tea is beautifully bright orange in color. The color of the dried tea leaf is dark with golden hairs.

If you like Jin Jun Mei, it is also nice to try the (unsmoked) Lapsang Souchong. This is made from the second and third tea leaves of the same plant. Pickers pick the bud in a basket for the Jin Jun Mei and the two leaves after that in a basket for the Lapsang Souchong (literally 2nd and 3rd leaves)
