Shan Lin Xi is a beautiful tea from the high mountains of central Taiwan, a Gao Shan (high mountain tea)

This place is characterized by the special microclimate at an altitude of about 1800 meters. This is a spring pick. Because of the thin air, the leaves grow slowly. The leaf buds slowly and sucks up all the minerals and nutrients from the soil to form new buds. You can taste this as well. it is fresh, young leaf.
This oolong is about 25% oxidized, not toasted and therefore beautifully green in color, the infusion has the intense color of light honey.
If I had to describe the taste like a white wine, I would name it as a fresh, full-bodied taste with a long finish, and the flavors of ripe summer fruits.
