DESCRIPTION
A slightly oxidized oolong with many layers and a fresh green color
This oolong is characterized by its beautiful fresh green appearance of a full leaf. The new leaves are picked and wilt in the sun to lose moisture and initiate a chemical process important for the final taste. The leaves are lightly rolled and heated to leave as fresh a leaf as possible.
The tea farmer has chosen not to roll this tea into balls and actually this is still a kind of fresh, unfinished product
This tea can be poured more often and will release new flavors with each infusion.
