White Monkey, green tea...
This is a green tea, but white monkey named after the shape and color of monkey legs. It used to be said that monkeys picked the tea leaves high up in the tea trees but this remains a fable.
This green tea grows along the slopes of the Taimu Mountains. The young tea buds are carefully plucked in a few days each year and processed into a delicate green tea with many white buds that give the tea a subtle sweetness.
