2041 Tea Sieve Leaf Tray Large

This strainer fits beautifully into the Palma tea jug, making it a great tool for the 2 jug technique to quickly brew a liter and a half of tea!

Two jug technique:

• Take 2 Palma tea jugs and heat 1- 1.5 liters of water to the right temperature for your tea
• Scoop the measured amount of tea into one of the two tea jugs and pour the heated water into it
• Place the tea strainer in the other jug
• Let the tea steep and pour the infusion into the other jug through the strainer

The big advantage is the convenience of brewing loose tea in a larger quantity and because the water no longer stays in contact with the leaves, the tea does not steep. Put your pot on a rechaud and you'll have delicious tea for a long time to come!
