Matcha Hoshi no Tsuyu - Dew of the Stars

matcha hoshinotsuyu Japanese green tea powder.

Matcha Hoshi no Tsuyu by Hoshino Seichaen comes from chemical pesticide-free cultivation in the tea garden of Hoshino Seichaen, Yame, Japan.

Hoshino Seichaen is a major producer of Matcha and more generally of the finest green teas. Together with Marukyu-Koyamaen, they represent the elite in the cultivation and production of these wonderful plants and products.

This tea, called "Dew of the Stars," can be prepared either as Usucha or Koicha.

More generally, it can be compared to the Matcha Yugen of fellow Marukyu-Koyamaen, compared to which, however, it turns out to be fruitier and with a slightly less intense and direct taste. It has to be said, however, that in both cases you fall on your feet and big time!
