JAS Matcha Midori BIO - Marukyu Koyamaen
JAS Matcha Midori BIO is the cheapest organic Matcha in Marukyu-Koyamaen, it is not silver quality, not even gold quality, but an extremely green quality. You have to be very lucky to find organic Matcha in Japan. This product is very similar to Hoshino's organic Matcha in terms of its multiple strength and active ingredient content. It is notable for its wild, natural, more rustic and green character compared to other refined and balanced Matcha from Marukyu-Koyamaen.
A Special Matcha for Special Needs
This Matcha has obtained the JAS organic (Japan Agricultural Standards) certificate. Only products that can meet the following terms are certified as JAS-certified organic products:
- Pesticides and banned chemical fertilizers have not been used for more than two years in the fields during planting, during planting, and during plant growth.
- The ingredients of fertilizers or pesticides used in the fields shall be natural or produced exclusively using natural ingredients that have not been chemically treated.
- Fields, facilities and equipment shall be kept away from the spreading or mixing of chemical pesticides and fertilizers.
