Matcha Gabaron - Marukyu Koyamaen
Matcha Gabaron 100 gr by Marukyu-Koyamaen is rich in GABA (gamma-amino butyric acid), an amino acid that plays a significant role in neurotransmission. Processed green tea is a natural source of GABA; in fact, in the 1960s, it was realized that, with some special tricks, the GABA content of the tea could be multiplied during the processing.
Beneficial properties of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)
GABA improves cerebral blood circulation as well as oxygen and glucose uptake by brain vessels, restores cerebral microcirculation, reduces cramping in arterioles that induce headaches.
Increases red blood cell deformability andimproves capillary interoperability as well as visual-motor performance, ability to perform activities requiring concentration and memory. It induces improved mood by normalizing conditions associated with reduced activity, fatigue, and poor concentration.
At the same time, it has a positive impact on blood circulation throughout the body because it rebalances blood pressure, which is a real boon especially for people with high blood pressure. These active ingredients are also found in traditional Matcha, but their value is more than ten times higher in Gabaron Matcha.
The mechanism of action of γ-amino-butyric acid has been studied by experts in the field, from a scientific point of view, studies that have led to important publications on the subject.
In short, Gabaron Matcha is absolutely recommended as a daily health drink for the elderly and is an effective health remedy for middle-aged people, and not only, who have to endure high levels of stress at work as well as in everyday life.
It also differs significantly from traditional Matcha in its taste and appearance. It is a medium porous, slightly thicker tea.
How is the high GABA content obtained?
Gabaron Matcha is produced by one of the most recognized Matcha producers in an all-natural way. The technique by which the GABA content in the tea is increased was developed and studied by the National Institute of Plant and Tea Sciences.

Preparation
When preparing Gabaron Matcha, we need to be a little more careful than usual, do not use water hotter than 80°C and drink it, if possible, near meals, on a full stomach.
Once you have gathered the indispensable accessories for the preparation of Matcha, put two chasaku of the product in the chawan provided, once the water has been brought to a temperature around 75-80°C pour it inside the chawan, after which you need to move the chasen sharply and with W-shaped movements. Having done all this you can finally enjoy your delicious Matcha.
And don't forget! Once used store your precious Matcha tightly sealed and in the refrigerator!
