Tips and two young leaves are collected exclusively by hand only from the cultivar AV2 and processed by an innovative process. The oolong process was used, which achieved lightness, freshness, fruitiness without tannins. You can find the scents of sponge cakes, fresh grapes, pineapple, fine must, green bananas. The taste is soft, sparkling, without tannins, with a slight sweetness.
