DESCRIPTION
The tea comes from the town of Luku, the centre of Dung Ding tea.
Exclusivity of the "Precious Concubine" lies in the fact that the leaves are still on the bushes attacked by the same insects as the famous Oriental beauty (Bai Hao) oolong. The oxidation occurs while still on the bush, giving the tea its unique character. However, the leaves are then processed differently and are rolled into balls.
The taste is reminiscent of dried raisins, biscuits, and poached pears.
Alternative names: Gui Fei, Precious Concubine, 贵妃 or 貴妃
