2023 - Wu Yi Hong Cha

Exclusive red tea from the beautiful Wu Yi Mountains. The tea is harvested from the wild "Ye Sheng" tea trees of Qi Zhong cultivar.

The leaves are loosely twisted, large, dark in colour, giving off a slightly malty, chocolate-honey to passion fruit aroma. The infusion is golden-orange in colour, richly fruity, with a wildly sweet flavour. The tea can withstand many infusions.
