DESCRIPTION
Vietnamese oolong tea from the northern Ha Giang region.
Wild tea plants grow here, which in Vietnamese are called shan tuyet.
They are also said to be secular, but this information has not yet been confirmed. Certainly their minimum age is 50 years. The collection and care of these plants are managed by a local ethnic group, called Dao.
A bud and three leaves with a dark brown color. Sweet flavor, aromatic notes of honey and a full-bodied liquor. Enjoy plain or paired with fruit-based desserts, or with aged cheeses and smoked meats.
