DESCRIPTION
Oolong tea from the locality of Zhangping, Fujian province. Its special feature is the brick pressed shape: in fact the leaves, before drying, are given this square shape.
It turns out to be a tea with intense floral notes, with a more mineral profile.
To prepare it you can use a traditional Chinese gaiwan teapot: insert the whole square and infuse with water at 95°C for 1 minute.
Or, if it has a Western teapot, or a filter cup, don't worry: the capacity for the water will perhaps be a bit more, so in that case lengthen the infusion time to 3 minutes.
Try making several infusions following the first one: this tea will still have a lot to tell.
Be patient and get to know it.
