DESCRIPTION
This green tea is produced in the city of Kukamoto, in Kagoshima Prefecture. It belongs to the spring crop of 2022.
It is produced from leaves of plants from the Okumidori cultivar, which are distinguished by very small leaves, thus ideal for processing as green tea. In addition, the plants from which this tea is made, tend to germinate very late: this aspect makes them very resistant to sudden drops in temperature and frosts.
It is an organic tea, with distinctive sour notes of berries and vegetables.
