DESCRIPTION
Blend of Sencha spring green tea leaves and roasted brown rice kernels.
A 50% Sencha leaves are added to a 50% roasted rice. The addition of the rice gives the tea a cereal aroma and a sweet flavor, which is also reminiscent of puffed rice. Tea suitable for drinking with meals and becoming a real ingredient in the kitchen.
It can in fact be added to vegetable soups.
After a few brews, the leaves and the rice itself are delicious when seasoned with a drizzle of soy sauce.
