DESCRIPTION
The high proportion of white down-covered buds is what characterizes this extremely rare unfermented tea, which bewitches the taste buds with its exceptionally mild, slightly sweet notes. The precious leaves are harvested in Nepal's Ilam Valley, at an altitude of over 1,600 metres. This is the location of Shangri-La's tiny plantation, which produces only small quantities of tea each year. Organically grown.
