DESCRIPTION
The base is Assam Broken black tea, a type of tea with a broken leaf, processed by the CTC (Crashing-Tearing-Curling) method, and enriched with a blend of spices, with a full-bodied and unique taste reminiscent of the magic of India and its scents. The original recipe for Chai involves the use of milk added to an infusion of black tea and spices, served heavily sweetened. In India it is the most popular drink, in fact you can find it everywhere and in every corner of the cities, it is served in small cups, even on trains!!
