DESCRIPTION
Pu Erh is an ancient Chinese fermented tea from Yunnan. The leaves undergo special processing. After harvest, they are dried in the sun and aged in humid environments for long periods, even several years. The longer the aging phase, the higher its quality. This process gives Pu-Erh its unique and distinct flavor and aroma, an earthy and woody aftertaste, with a deep undergrowth.
