DESCRIPTION
This tea, also called blue tea, is a semi-fermented Chinese tea with antioxidant properties; it is dried in the sun until the leaves begin to oxidize at the edges. It follows the same processing as black tea but the oxidation process is stopped before it is completed. They have the special feature of having twisted, curly leaves, and once steeped in hot water, they open up and show their splendor. Most of these teas have an intense floral aroma, a distinctive flavor, mix between green tea and black tea, and contain many beneficial properties and effects.
