Pai Mu Tan White Tea - China

Pai Mu Tan is a Chinese white tea,produced exclusively in the Fujian region,very rare and valuable,with an extremely delicate flavor and a lower theine content than other teas. It is called white because only the tenderest first shoots of the plant,which are covered with a silvery white fluff,are harvested to obtain it.
Light yellow infusion with silver highlights. Infusion time 3-4 minutes.
