Preparation of Bay Mao Hou White Monkey Green Tea

For the best infusion results, water at about 80° C should be used to prepare the tea leaves. The true flavor of Bay Mao Hou is achieved only with a proper Yixing clay teapot. Four to five infusions of 20-40 seconds each are recommended.
