Tasting - Sight and Smell

The leaves of Avongrove First Flush SFTGFOP1 black tea are medium to small in size, rolled shape and rather slender. The colors are a mix of brown and brown in different shades with a few bright green leaves and many silvery-white buds covered with soft fluff. Once infused, they give off gentle aromas with delicate plant notes, floral notes and a hint of lemon balm. The liqueur in the cup is an elegant pale gold color, very clear.

Preparation

For a classic preparation according to the Western style of Avongrove First Flush SFTGFOP1 black tea, we recommend 2.5 grams of leaves (about 1 teaspoon) in a 200 ml cup with water at 85°C for an infusion time of 2-3 minutes.
