How to prepare Nishio Matcha
- Pour 2gr of Matcha (about 1 teaspoon)
- Heat 70 ml of hot water to 75-80°C
- Mix using preferably a bamboo Matcha tea whisk for about 10-15 seconds
- The above process is for guidance only, we recommend adjusting it according to your personal taste
