The Super Premium Matcha Ten Green Tea (30gr) is a limited edition of the highest quality Japanese Matcha tea: the Ten offers excellence among organic Matcha. It has a sweet but mild, light, fruity and intense flavor. Its emerald green color has an intensity that precedes its refined aroma. You can use it in cooking to make desserts and flavor drinks, however we recommend drinking it alone. The high quality of this Matcha makes it perfect for preparing koicha, adding only a scoop of water.

Adding milk or soy or almond milk will prepare a very tasty matcha latte, which consumed in the morning will give you the energy to face the day.

The Beneficial Effect of Matcha

Those who drink matcha consume the tea leaf in its entirety (as a powder dissolved in water) and thus also all the substances contained in the tea leaf. This represents a crucial difference from other varieties of tea. The caffeine in matcha provides a mild energy boost for an alert and awake mind, while the presence of L-theanine provides a calming object, moderating the stimulating effect of caffeine. The benefit? A perfect balance of invigoration and relaxation. How best to prepare Super Premium Matcha Ten Green Tea

  1. Boil fresh, preferably pure water.
  2. Let the water cool to 80° C (e.g., pouring the water back and forth between cups three times or opening the kettle and waiting 10 minutes).
  3. Put 1 gram of matcha (two bamboo spoons or half a teaspoon) in a bowl. Whisk the matcha for about 15 seconds until it foams using the bamboo whisk.
