DESCRIPTION
Hoji-cha, or "Roasted Tea," is a Japanese Green Tea different from other Teas from this region. In fact, the leaves are steamed and then roasted over charcoal. This operation gives them a burnished color.
Hoji-Cha is very popular in Japan for its very special taste with soft nutty notes, non-tannic and for its very low theine content.
