Bit of a curveball this one. Served blind, one would most certainly be forgiven to think this is a Hong Cha. It isn’t. This Dan Cong has gone through a slight fermentation process resulting in...Hong Cha style Dan cong!?

aroma of deep, sweet assamica Hong Cha with red currents and peach. Robust and thick mouthfeel. The aroma transmits perfectly into the flavour and clings a little onto the pallet. Light astringency, smooth and easy going / autumnal vibes.
