Gyokuro with a nicely developed umami and light sweetness, accompanied by a typically Kagoshima grassiness. A long-lasting aftertaste that develops gradually.
In our terms, this is a basic gyokuro - suitable for getting acquainted with this type of tea and gradually discovering the flavour nuances.

Preparation
Ideal in a kyus teapot
200 ml / 6g 60 °C 90 / 5 / 15 / 30 / sec
1. Infusion. Pour the infusion with water of the same temperature and pour immediately.
3-4. Extend the infusion time and raise the temperature slightly
I recommend using soft filtered water.
Packaged directly in Japan in original 50g resealable packaging to maintain maximum quality.
