Burui is a traditional strainer used to sift matcha before the tea ceremony.
If you drink matcha often, the burui is the best investment, never any more lumps in your matcha. The sifted matcha is easier to whip up and its flavor is smoother with a more velvety texture.
The jar is not intended for long-term matcha storage.
