Pai Mu Tan China

Pai Mu Tan comes from Fujian Province and grows at about 1,500 meters altitude. The leaves are not rolled after harvest, but rather briefly fermented and dried. Through this process, the leaf tips retain their silvery white color, from which the tea got its second name of "white tea." A beautiful colored leaf and amber brew.
