A high mountain oolong that is quite scarce! There are only a handful of tea gardens at this altitude because the expansion of tea gardens is restricted to prevent deforestation at high altitude.

The name He Huan, means 'happy together' in Chinese With each infusion, the flavors subtly change and new flavors emerge

This spring pick is lightly roasted, and the infusion color remains quite light. This Oolong has been rolled and roasted 3 times so that and no more than 3% moisture remains in the leaf and it retains its beautiful flavors for a long time. This process takes about 10 days!
