About the bundle:
3 teas, 25g each. 75g total. These three teas are from our new tea farmers from northeastern Taiwan. We've tasted one of their teas and tried to find its producer. After 1,5 years of looking, we've finally made it and are becoming good friends with the producers. The guys have some incredible teas, and we can't wait to share all of them with you, but for now, these three are a great start.
The 1st tea is from a very foggy valley very high up in the Yilan mountains, where it snows a lot, that it's considered a Gao Leng Cha (high cold tea) rather than Gao Shan Sha (high mountain tea). It's buttery, smooth, fruity and sweet.
The 2nd tea is from the nearby Jade Mountain and is more mellow and flowery in taste. It grows where there is less fog and a large temperature difference between day and night.
The 3rd tea is a high mountain red oolong that is harvested from the bushes that are left to grow in the wild. It's sweet, with a burnt caramel aroma. Because it's from a high mountain area as well, it's more juicy and doesn't make your mouth dry as some black tea and red oolongs do.
